Crowley, TX – 5/17/2024 — PHFM, a leading provider of exterior services, is thrilled to celebrate a major milestone in the career of Justin Dent, our esteemed Vice President of Operations of Exterior Services. Justin marks his 30th anniversary in the operations and management field, a testament to his dedication, expertise, and leadership.
Justin Dent joined PHFM in April 2021 when the exterior businesses of Dentco and PHFM joined forces, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record of excellence. His journey in the industry began in 1994 with Dentco, where he held various pivotal roles over nearly three decades. From serving as the Accounting & Risk Manager from May 2001 to April 2013 to stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer in April 2013, Justin has demonstrated unparalleled commitment and capability. His tenure at Dentco, and now PHFM, has been marked by significant achievements and a steadfast commitment to operational excellence.

Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in operations management and is a proud alumnus of GLHS. In addition to his academic background, he earned the prestigious Certified Snow Professional certification from the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA) in 2010, further solidifying his expertise in the field.
