Contract and Pricing Models

Seasonal

Fixed monthly rate regardless of how many services are performed. Pricing is based on the location's 10-year average snowfall.


Per-Push

Each service is billed at a set rate when snowfall reaches a defined trigger depth. Salting is billed separately as needed.


Per-Event

One rate per snow event, based on total accumulation within a set time window. Rates are tiered by snowfall range. Event definitions can be tailored to fit the portfolio.
